Founder, GrowthCrew AI
I'm a builder. Over the last few years I shipped real products — an interview-preparation platform, a skills-mapping tool, a business-services marketplace — and hit the same wall every time: I could build the thing, but I couldn't tell you what any marketing dollar earned.
We paid creators for videos. We ran ads. The platforms showed us views, clicks, and their own generous definitions of “conversions.” When I asked the only question that matters — what did that actually earn?— nobody had an answer. Then I learned that 53% of marketers can't answer it either, inside a market heading past $40 billion. That's not a niche problem. That's an industry running on vibes.
So we're building GrowthCrew as the customer: our own products are the first design partners, our own waitlist runs on our own attribution, and we publish the numbers — including the unflattering ones — as we go. Honest numbers or nothing.
Built in public. Numbers included.
